Uzor Arukwe: “If I Were Gay, I’d Be the Hottest Actor Alive”
Uzor Arukwe isn’t here for the rumors—but he’s definitely laughing about them.
The Nollywood star recently opened up in an interview with Chef Ify about whispers that he might be gay. His reaction?
> “It shocked me to my balls! But honestly, I was kind of excited. People say when they start gossiping like that, you're about to blow!”
While Uzor made it clear he's not gay, he also didn’t miss the chance to show love:
> “I’ve got amazing gay friends. I love them to death. I just won’t pretend to be something I’m not—for anyone.”
Known for his charming role as “Odwugu Paranran” in Love In Every Word, Uzor’s been making waves lately. And it’s not just fans noticing—veteran actor Segun Arinze called him “the biggest deal right now.”
Married to Barbara Boyd-Arukwe for nearly a decade, Uzor is clearly living his truth—and enjoying the spotlight.
